Seaside Realty Inc. is one of the largest independent estate agency in the Barbados. Located in Rockley, Christ Church, Seaside Realty strive to maintain the highest level of honesty, and provide an efficient and personalized service. Seaside Realty is a full-service agency that specializes in residential & commercial real estate, property management, and vacation rentals.

Seaside Realty wanted a unique and robust website to accommodate their diverse set of services. They wanted also a platform to manage all of their listings and wanted to be able to print custom, attractive listing flyers directly from their website. Seaside Realty publishes a well known property magazine in the island and wanted a software that would automatically create the magazine as a pdf file ready for print. Another challenge that they faced was that their clients originate from every part of the world and wanted their website to offer the highest quality user experience to their audience.

We provided a solution that exceeded their expectations and included a custom website and a magazine builder. The member portal of the website allows Seaside Realty to send private messages, invoice, and other documents securely. The website also includes a translation tool and currency converter. Since our platform is hosted across many edge servers across the world, their website loads quickly no matter where their clients are located.
