You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, create, or publish through our Services ("User Content"). This includes text, images, videos, documents, and any other materials you provide.
License Grant to Zealder:
By uploading or publishing User Content through our Services, you grant Zealder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of:
Marketing and Portfolio Rights:
You grant Zealder permission to feature your website and its content in our marketing materials, portfolio, case studies, and promotional communications. This includes screenshots, descriptions, and testimonials. If you do not wish to be featured, please contact us at support@zealder.com.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any User Content you provide, and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Zealder is not responsible for Third-Party Services and makes no warranties regarding their quality, reliability, or availability. Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We cannot provide support for issues arising from Third-Party Services, and you agree to hold Zealder harmless from any claims related to such services.
Certain Services require payment of subscription fees ("Paid Services"). By subscribing to Paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website.
Automatic Subscription Renewal:
TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, MOST SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR THE SAME PERIOD AS YOUR ORIGINAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, Zealder will automatically charge your payment method on file at our then-current rates. You acknowledge that renewal rates may be higher or lower than your original subscription rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Control Panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations.
Taxes and Fees:
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.
Payment Disputes:
If you dispute any charge with your bank or credit card company, your Services will be automatically suspended until the dispute is resolved. Repeated payment disputes may result in termination of your account.
Zealder offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@zealder.com.
Certain add-on products, domain registrations, and renewal subscriptions may be non-refundable. Refund eligibility is clearly indicated during the purchase process. No refunds are provided after the 30-day guarantee period.
If you use a domain name with our Services, whether you own it or we procure it for you, you are the owner of that domain name and are responsible for:

Zealder, BizzUp, and their respective logos are registered trademarks of BizzUp Solutions, Inc. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Zealder does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including AI-generated content.
Your website is designed to operate with modern web browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for optimal performance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEALDER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Zealder's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the amounts paid by you to Zealder in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zealder and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may terminate your account at any time through your Account Control Panel. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease at the end of your current billing period.
Zealder may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and User Content without liability.
Zealder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zealder regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Zealder may assign these Terms without restriction.
Electronic Communications: You agree to receive electronic communications from Zealder, including emails regarding service updates, billing, and marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications but will continue to receive service-related notices.
